ShopNM ships nationwide to any residential or business address in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO boxes.
All ShopNM orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, at a flat rate of $9.99 per order. Shipping times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on where you are located. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Carrollton, Texas.

ShopNM ships orders Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 11:00AM CST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00AM CST will ship the next business day.
Exceptionally large orders may be subject to processing delays.
When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking information. You'll also receive email notifications when your order is out for delivery, and when your order has been delivered.

In the rare event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to determine how to proceed. If your shipment was delivered and you're missing items, please contact us immediately.
ShopNM is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend making sure you that someone will be home at the time your shipment is delivered. If no one will be home, you can sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager and request that your package be redirected to a nearby retail location for pickup. FedEx Delivery Manager also allows you to put a temporary hold on your packages, in the event you're going on vacation or traveling for business and won't be home for an extended period of time.
