Return Policy

Every LuckyStitch purchase comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the rare event your merchandise is flawed, or your order arrives later than promised, you may return your items for a full refund.

What can be returned: Any items that are flawed or defective can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items must be in new condition; we will not accept returns of items with noticeable wear.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Returns for refund: Must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: Must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges: All shipping charges for returning merchandise must be paid by the customer. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
