Garments sold on shopnmstore.com are not part of the NM Apparel Program and are not permitted to be worn as part of patient-facing uniforms.  The products are intended for personal use only.  Employees must wear designated uniform pieces assigned to their eligible role from the online NM Apparel Webstore only while performing job duties.  Items from the NM Apparel Program are not available at brand stores.  Visit the NM Apparel Program NMI page for more information.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

ShopNM has a minimum order amount of just $15.00. The minimum order amount excludes any sales tax.

Is your website secure?

Our website is safe and secure to order from. We use TLS encryption to secure all customer and order data. If a website is secured with TLS encryption, your web browser will display a lock icon in the address bar, like so:

In the event you save your credit card during checkout, we will never store the credit card details on our server. Instead, credit card details are securely stored with our payment processor.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express — as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

I'm an NM employee.  Are brand store clothing items allowed to be worn as a clinical uniform?

Garments sold at brand stores are not permitted to be worn as part of the clinical uniform and are intended for personal use. Employees must continue to wear provided uniforms only from the online NM Apparel Webstore for patient-facing roles in the program. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges


How will my order be shipped?

All ShopNM orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Items are made to order; typical production time is 7 to 10 business days. Shipping times range from 1 to 4 business days, depending on your location. View our Shipping Information page for more details.

What is your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund. Please review our complete Return Policy for more information.

Can I return an item for store credit?

At this time, we can only refund your order to your original payment method. If you'd like to order another item, please place a new order. Review our complete Return Policy for more information.

Can I exchange an item?

How quickly are refunds issued?

Refunds are submitted immediately to our payment processor once we've received and inspected the returned merchandise. The time it takes for the refund to hit your credit or debit card depends on your bank; typically, refunds take 3-7 days to process.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat-rate of $9.99 per order for FedEx Ground shipping.
